I love stories. Especially the ones where improbable things happen in ordinary worlds.

All my Goblet of Fire feels

It was a fantastic idea to get a copy of that book; my Harry Potter collection is now complete (book wise). I’d only read the fourth one once and I didn’t think too much about it, but it’s really very good.

Lots of fantastic stuff about Neville sneaking around in the background, which I loved. Dumbledore owning and saying excellently quotable things. I don’t know, maybe it’s the fact that he -spoilers- dies, but somehow I found Dobby absolutely adorable instead of annoying this time around. He’s just so lively and he’s also very caring and generous. It’s lovely. My Hermione appreciation went right back up again. She was one of favorites when I was younger and I find that I appreciate her way more now. :D

It’s really interesting to see it from the “knowing side.” Perhaps a lot of the suspense and mystery is removed, but it’s great the way things come together and you know a lot more about  everything after a reread. I also find that I feel a lot more for Harry this time around. I was way younger than him when I read the book and I really missed a lot of things.

…I guess that just happens.
